Let me tell you a story. Remember the days when flashy commercials, celebrity endorsements, and catchy jingles were the holy grails of marketing? Consumers were passive recipients, bombarded with messages telling them what to buy and why. Fast forward to today, and the landscape is unrecognizable.

Today’s customers are sophisticated. They conduct their own research, compare prices and reviews, and hold brands accountable for their actions.
